What it does

Scout is an AI coworker for customer support teams that works inside Slack. You ask it in plain language, in a channel, and it investigates across your tickets, chats, app store reviews, Reddit and X threads and internal sources such as your help center, Confluence, Notion, Drive, Jira, Linear, GitHub and error trackers (more than 100 connectors). It comes back with answers backed by evidence and customers' own words, then does the follow-up work: drafting help-center articles, filing bugs with the evidence attached, writing briefs for product and keeping a customer-facing AI agent's knowledge current. It can run recurring reviews and raise spikes on its own, and it remembers rules your team teaches it. Scout does not talk to your customers, and anything that changes an article, ticket or setting lands as a proposal that waits for a named person to approve it. It works with any support stack and any customer-facing agent, not only Fini's own.
