What it does

Tend is a personal AI agent for small business owners and entrepreneurs that you use by text message: iMessage on iPhone, SMS on anything else. You sign in with your phone number and from then on every job is a message. Once you connect your accounts it reads and acts in them: it replies to email in your voice, briefs you before meetings, makes and sends invoices in QuickBooks, moves deals in HubSpot, checks orders and makes discount codes in Shopify, finds leads, writes social posts, builds web pages, searches flights and hotels, books tables on OpenTable or Resy, fills your own cart and places phone calls for you. It also texts you first with reminders, price watches, reply watches and flight updates. Nothing is sent, posted, bought or changed without your yes, and what it learns about you sits in a Brain you can read and correct in its web workspace. Tend is free while it is in early access. The site does not name the company behind it; launched on Product Hunt on October 21, 2026.
