It can text you first when something changes, and you can add it to a group chat to help everyone land on a plan. It always asks before it books, sends or pays for anything. It connects to 100+ apps, including Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion and Stripe. It is in beta and free to start, with a paid Pro plan for more tasks, memory and scheduled jobs.
